E - Health and security : medical aspects (alcoholism and social costs, medical use); legal aspects, impact of safety (works, transport, ...).

F - Vineyard and wine technologies : vegetal breeding, biological process, oenological and organoleptical aspects.

Most of the selected papers will be based on a quantified approach
