Biology and distribution

Larva on Entada gigas (Mimosaceae) in Jamaica, Melicoccus bijugatus (Sapindaceae) in Puerto-Rico, Dalbergia ecastaphyllum (Fabaceae) and Calliandra spp. (Mimosaceae) in Florida.

Uncommon in Martinique and Guadeloupe.

Dominica, St-Lucia (A.s. statira).
Cuba, Jamaica (A.s. cubana d'Almeida), Hispaniola (A.s. hispaniolae (Munroe)), Puerto-Rico (?A.s. hispaniolae).
