Agromyzidae


[R] Family of Diptera (Cyclorrapha); larvae phytophagous, leafminers or stem-borers with posterior spiracles situated at the apices of paired dorsal tubes.
The South American leafminer (Liriomyza huidobrensis) and the (L. trifolii) are notorious for the damage they cause.
